What’s included when I book a facility buyout at Birdie Time Pub?
A lot! You’ll get private access to the entire pub. No outside guests are in the venue during your event. That means unlimited mini golf, full use of our Portland golf and game simulator, all the seating (indoor and outdoor), lawn games, shuffleboard, board games, jumbo beer pong, and more. It’s your own personal playground.
How many people can we bring?
You can host 140-200 guests, depending on the season. Summer allows for more outdoor space which increases capacity. That’s plenty of space for team outings, family celebrations, or full-on parties with all your favorite people.

How much does it cost to rent out Birdie Time?
Our buyout pricing is super simple:
- 3 hours – $4,500
- 4 hours – $6,000
- 5 hours – $7,500
That includes all games, access to the simulator, the bar, and staffing. We just ask for a 50% deposit to lock it in.
Can I book on the weekend?
Kind of. We don’t offer buyouts from Friday at 3 p.m. through Sunday at 4 p.m. because those are our busiest public hours. But if you’re planning something on a weekday or earlier in the weekend, you’re golden. Contact us for special non-profit rates.
Can we bring our own food?
We do not allow outside food but you can order catering from us or a partner vendor. You can use our in-house kitchen, Birdie Time Coop. We work with awesome vendors like Elephants Catering and Pearl Catering, and we’re happy to help coordinate.
How does the bar work?
We’ve got a full bar with over 35 local beers and ciders, cocktails, and 20+ non-alcoholic options. There’s no drink package required. We charge only based on consumption. You

Can I make the event feel personal or themed?
Absolutely. Want a signature cocktail? Custom mini golf spin wheels? A branded welcome sign? A curated playlist? We’re here for it. We’ve even hosted events with tarot readers, ice cream carts, and themed tournaments.
Where is Birdie Time, and what’s the parking situation?
We’re at 925 SE Main St., Portland, tucked right into the heart of SE Central. We’ve got:
- Paid parking lot on 9th
- Plenty of street parking
- Bike racks
- Room for shuttle or bus drop-offs
We’re easy to get to whether you’re coming from downtown or the suburbs.
Is it cool to bring kids or dogs?
Yes and yes. We’re a family- and pet-friendly venue. Kids are welcome until 9pm during private events. Your dogs are also welcome anywhere in the venue.
